Q. What should I do if I forget my user name or password?

A. Your user name is any email address that you have entered into the system. You can click the link that says "I forgot my password" on the Sign-in page to have your password emailed to you. Keep your password in a safe place for future reference.

If you have not signed on for the first time, your administrator will have sent you sign on information. Contact them to have the information re-sent.
